I have been an artist behind the chair since 2012 - and have been obsessed with the beauty industry since the beginning of time! I loved reading fashion/beauty magazines that share beauty products + tips! Cosmetology runs in the family and I grew up curious of the science behind haircolor and the technical skills behind hair artistry! I’ve worked in hair salons most of my career and further education has always been a priority. I’ve enrolled in 100+ online courses, enrolled in monthly education subscriptions, multiple color/balayage/blonding/treatment certifications, enrolled in elite Certification programs in New York City through companies like Bumble & Bumble, and received a small business management degree from Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI. I recently went back to school to receive my Cosmetology Educator License at Douglas J Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor, MI. Upon graduation I was offered a permanent position and worked as an educator, before returning behind the chair full time.
